Self-efficacy – I’ve heard the term, but until recently I didn’t understand what it meant. A session at the national Australian Camps Association conference explained it as an individual's belief in their innate ability to achieve goals.

We are proud to share with you the stories which now form our Avenue of Honour. The first of these is the story of Norman Otto. His plaque was unveiled at the official opening of the Avenue and was attended by members of Norman’s family.

We inherently know that participation in an outdoor education program works, and here at Emu Gully, the anecdotal evidence of significant positive change is tremendously encouraging.
