Emu Gully heads to Cambodia!

In September 2023 Emu Gully Manager Guy, Guy’s son and three of our awesome Emu Gully team were privileged to join the team from Australian Industry Trade College on a trip to Cambodia.

This amazing opportunity was part of AITC’s commitment to work building two houses for families in need along with New Hope Cambodia.

New Hope Cambodia provides free education, free health care and community and crisis care support for pre-school aged children and youth who come from families living in Mondul Bei Village, Siem Reap. Our school provides hope and opportunity for its students to break the cycle of poverty for themselves and their families.

Our team were part of the construction of one house for a family of 7, and what a humbling experience it was. We worked alongside the AITC team, erecting, cladding and painting the home, providing this family with comfort and shelter.
